Services

My passion is helping individuals and groups make more intentional decisions about social impact.

Because every organization is unique, I offer three different collaborative services: Executive Coaching, Team Advisory, and Meeting Design and Facilitation.

Executive Coaching

You may have spent years consulting on your vision with your community, your board, or your team. But whether you are a program officer or an executive director, at some point you sit down at your desk and say, “How do I make this real?”

When I work with you as an executive coach, I become your trusted adviser in this unique space of decision-making. We may talk about anything from personnel issues to sociological theories. But what makes me different from most coaches is that I won’t be content until you have better options for realizing social impact.

Team Advisory

Maybe as your organization has grown, the mission has gotten lost. Maybe no one ever knew what it was to begin with. No matter what your group is up against, you need someone to ensure that it delivers — not just that meetings happen on time, but that real social impact occurs.

As your team advisor, I help make that happen. If your group is just getting started, I will help you design the collaboration in a way that ensures creativity and insight. If the group’s work has already begun, I discern the way decision-making works, then help you understand different options for moving forward.

Meeting Design and Facilitation

You’ve got the board meeting or leadership retreat on the books. You may have already picked the caterer. But you’re missing the secret ingredient that ensures that this gathering is the one where everyone says, “It all started there.”

What’s missing? It’s a fresh perspective running the meeting — sometimes as a teacher, sometimes as a trainer, sometimes as a facilitator. If you want to co-design, I’ve got dozens of exercises that can help you get the results you want. Or you can add me to the mix at the last minute and I’ll work within the parameters you’ve got.
