As a freelance strategist and consultant, I’ve worked with executives at organizations you’ve heard of: NASA, Coca-Cola, the U.S. State Department, Harvard Medical School, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and many more.
I’ve helped groups of leaders achieve strategic breakthroughs on the toughest challenges: racism, genocide, climate change, AI, cancer, polarization.
Now I want to be part of a team. I’m best in a role tackling problems no one understands yet — or exploring new solutions to problems that have plagued us for years.
Possible job titles: chief of staff, VP of innovation, director of strategy. The title is less important than your organization’s unmet need.
One of my gifts is finding the right method to move a group forward. Tools I’ve used: strategy sessions, design thinking, qualitative research, ethnography, scenario planning, coaching. I’ve also invented several new approaches to facilitate leadership development and social change.
I’m not a subject matter expert — I make your experts more effective. But my projects have given me considerable familiarity with nursing, health equity, social welfare systems, and workforce wellness.
